A2. Nikon Home Appliances are available in all leading retail chain stores and appliance dealers nationwide.

A3. Nikon home appliances are made from high quality materials. These have all passed a strict quality standards test which guarantees safety and reliability.
Q4. Where are your service centers?
A4. There are accredited Nikon service centers strategically located nationwide. Please refer to listing in the site or call our Customer Service hotline: 985-9902 for information on service center nearest you.
Q5. What is the convenient time to call or visit your service center?

Nikon Service centers are open daily from Mondays to Saturdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Our corporate offices are open from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Mondays till Saturdays.

Q6. How long do I wait for my unit to be repaired?
A6. At Nikon Service Centers, we offer repair service while-you-wait, for minor defects. For major problems, units will have to undergo maximum of one-week shop repair.
Q7. Do you have spare parts available in your service centers?
A7. Most of the major parts are readily available. For special parts, ordering takes about 3-5 days.
Q8. How do we know that the defect of our purchased Nikon products are covered by Warranty?
A8. Nikon product warranty covers motors which prove to be defective due to improper workmanship for a period of five years for electric fan motors or 1 year for kitchen appliances, which prove to be defective due to improper workmanship. Damage or defect due to accidents, negligence, abuse or misuse, improper voltage or tampering, unauthorized repair or alteration, that affects the reliability or performance of the unit will not be covered by the Warranty.
Q9. Can I bring back the defective unit where I bought it?
A9. Yes, you may, just present the proof of purchase together with the warranty card.
Q10. What is considered proof of purchase?
A10. Any of the following documents when presented shall constitute valid proof of purchase: Warranty Card, sales Invoice or Official receipt with clear description of the product model, serial number and date of purchase.
